Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for opens and IBIS related patent disclosures:

Opens:

- None

ARs:

- Mike recover percent format specifications in spreadsheet.
  - Progress made but not yet finished.

- Mike add comments to CMPNT, DLY, MSPEC sections.
  - No new progress.

- Lance add comments to EBD section.
  - No new progress.

- Bob add comments to CIRCUIT section.
  - No new progress.

IBISCHK message list cleanup:

- Mike showed several versions of IBISCHK message spreadsheets.
- Mike: I'm using ibischk5_messages_draft3.csv as source for message strings.
- Bob: That is missing about 60 messages in the new IBISCHK6 spreadsheet.
- We decided on a procedure to create an up to date spreadsheet:
  1 - Start with message strings from ibischk6_messages_draft3.xlsx on the IBIS website.
  2 - Make the one recent change by Atul to MDL_ERR_43.
  3 - Insert '( line %d ) - ' into the message column where they exist in
      ibischk600_messages_draft6.csv.
  4 - Replace just the message string column of ibischk600_messages_draft6.csv with
      message strings from step 3.
  5 - Make a copy of the result, converting all %d/%f/%x with %s.
  6 - Compare the converted copy to ibischk600_messages_draft6.csv to look for
      text differences.
  7 - Fix any remaining issues.
